We make every effort to display our products and their colors, sizes, and specifications accurately. We do not warrant that your screen's display of any color will be exact. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders affected by such errors, including after an order has been submitted.

 

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer.

 

SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms.

 

PRODUCT USE

LeakGuard lids are intended for household food-storage use in accordance with the care instructions on the product page. They create a snug, leak-resistant seal and are not intended to serve as a vacuum-sealed or airtight lock. Always follow temperature guidelines (-40°F to 446°F) and inspect lids before each use.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product design — is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission.

 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
