We stand behind LeakGuard. If your stretch lids arrive damaged or defective, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@leakguard.fit with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
