OUR GUARANTEE
We stand behind LeakGuard. If your stretch lids arrive damaged or defective, we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
30-DAY RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@leakguard.fit with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover it.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different color or bundle is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer — processing times vary. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@leakguard.fit and we'll help track it down.
