Shipping policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is FREE on all orders — no minimum, no codes needed.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

 

TRACKING

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page or email support@leakguard.fit with your order number.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email support@leakguard.fit as soon as possible — we can usually correct an address before the order ships, but we can't reroute a package once it's with the carrier.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate the package, check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you on a resolution.
